The Ningxia Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China signed an e-commerce cooperation contract with Wangyuan Metal Logistics Park on Feb 28 to co-establish 7 services, including credit services, cash management, direct financing, investment banking, personal financing, e-commerce and electronic banking.

Since being listed as a national e-commerce model city last year by National Development and Reform Commission, Yinchuan has been trying to set up a third-party e-commerce transaction and service platform.

Aside from the above, Yinchuan has led some enterprises which specialize in enterprise e-commerce transaction security systems, to focus on establishing supporting systems, including IT- certification and logistics information platforms， for electronic authentication and network transactions。The goal is to improve the cooperation of enterprises of Ningxia Software Park with research institutions plus accelerate the development of mobile e-commerce, animation games and cloud computing technology.
