On June 28, the Ningxia Helan Mountains' wine promotional conference took place during the sixth Yantai International Wine Expo.

The Ningxia area, renowned for its desert beauty, produces 11 types of wine which were on offer to enjoy for all those who attended the exhibition.

Meanwhile, the Helan wine brand particularly sought to extend an olive branch to the Yantai wine company in the hope that both sides could strengthen cooperation.

"Strengthening communication and cooperation is one of our purposes in participating in this forum and we would above all like to be able to develop a deeper cooperation with Yantai wine enterprises," Zhang Jing, secretary general of the Ningxia Grape Industry Association, said.

According to her, Yantai, an international wine capital, plays an important role for Helan Mountains.

Zhang said she believed this exhibition would lead to a higher level of interest in the Helan brand from people and wine producers in Yantai.
