A foreign consortium-financed solar power project got completed in the Baijitan Natural Reservation Region of Lingwu City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, on July 4.

The project is the region's first practice of solar power applied to greenhouse of growing seedlings and also the first foreign company’s non-reimbursable assistance in West China.
