The flowers were in full bloom when Liupanshan’s Mountain Flower Festival kicked off May 17 in Guyuan, Ningxia Autonomous Region.

The flowers were equally lovely at Xiji’s third Lilac Festival in Huoshizhai National Geological Park, which opened the same day. Thousands of flower-loving tourists flocked to the festivals to appreciate the scenery.
