During the upcoming 2013 China-Arab States Expo in Ningxia, a series of activities featuring guest country Kuwait will be organized with the aim to promote economic, trade and cultural exchanges between China and the country, according to the Ningxia Expo Bureau on August 15.

A large-scale exhibition will be set up in the Kuwait Pavilion, which occupies 1000 square meters of the Yinchuan International Convention and Exhibition Center, to display the great achievements in the country’s economic and social development.

Entrepreneurs from both countries will be invited to attend the China-Kuwait investment forum and project connection conference in a bid to boost economic and trade cooperation.

The new site of Ningxia People’s Hospital was constructed with a loan of US$ 34 million from Kuwait and is set for completion during the expo, following which a completion ceremony will be held.

In addition, a friendly football match between the China and Kuwait youth teams will kick off at the New Helan Mountain Stadium on the evening of September 15.
