Traveling along the cities in the northwest China, the food on Yinchuan night fair deeply impressed me in this gourmet tour. Comparing with other cities around, Yinchuan is more delicate. With abundant agricultural products, the night fair could provide tasty choices in a low price.

During the visit, my local friends took me to taste Maizale grill. This name means selling well in Mandarin. Exactly as its name, the restaurant is filled up before meal time. I tried different grill in Lanzhou, another northwest city, however, the grill here is bigger and smooth. After the grills, the ice cream in Yingbinlou is a good choice for dissert.
