Xiji had come to a strategic framework agreement with Huadian International New Energy Electricity Generation Corporation on November 13th.

According to the agreement, Huadian International New Energy Electricity Generation Corporation will complete the construction of Xiji million wind electricity project and 300MV photovoltaic electricity generation project by 2020, for which the corporation has invested 12 billion yuan.
