The delegation of about 50 young leaders from Europe and Asia came to Ningxia to make investigation visit in Yinchuan Yuehaiwan CBD, Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base, Ningxia University, etc. They had panel discussions with Ningxia Commission of Development and Reform and the Management Committee of Yinchuan Bonded Area to learn more about the development of the economic society, as well as the construction of ‘Silk Road Economic Belt’.

The delegation members were impressed with the city’s construction, industrial development, modern agricultural construction and the opening up policy during the 3-day visit. They hoped to take the opportunity of the construction of the ‘Silk Road Economic Belt’ so as to reinforce the communication and cooperation between the young.

The young leaders were from the ‘Silk Road International Youth Association’ and eight countries including Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Azerbaijan. They also attended the ‘Silk Road Dream-European and Asian Young Leaders Friendly Meeting’ organized by the All-China Youth Federation from November 17th to 28th. They friendly visited the provinces of Shaanxi, Ningxia and Xinjiang.
