During the last ten months, Ningxia’s export of food and agricultural products is 318 million dollars, up 15.9 percent on last year's same period. Nearly 30 kinds of agricultural products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions. This is the first time that Ningxia’s export of food and agricultural products has topped 300 million dollars, which hit a historic high.

The products whose export value exceeded ten million dollars are feed addictive, Chinese wolfberry, dehaired wool, dehydrated vegetables, MSG and so on. Among them, export of feed addictive reached 150 million dollars, up 15.9 percent on last year's same period, which dominates almost half of the total value. Besides, there is also a substantial growth for export of featured products like Chinese wolfberry, dehaired wool, dehydrated vegetables, beef and latten.

In recent years, Ningxia’s food and agricultural products has been very popular in global market, which benefits from their high quality. Ningxia Inspection and Quarantine Bureau established quality and safety demonstration sites, on the base of which, it promoted standardized planting pattern. Thus, the demonstration sites’ leading role and brand effect could be realized. In order to get further guarantee of ecological security, the related department will implement a careful work on supervision.
