The Incubation Park of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Intellectual Property (IBI) of Yinchuan was officially approved to be ‘The State Business Incubation Demonstration Base’ on January 4th, which becomes the first state-level business incubation base in Ningxia. The mayor Ma Li, deputy mayors Wang Jiubin and Li Shouyin participated in the unveiling ceremony.
It is an important measure to build a business incubation base with perfect facilities, good environment and high performance. The number of enterprises in the base has reached 283 since September 2013, with 4000 employers. The base keeps improving the incubation environment to build a platform of different services, which has realized the combination of ‘on-line incubation service’ and off-line pioneering service.
In order to further promote and create an economic center of information and technology, biotechnology, and intellectual property, the second phase of the incubation offices is under construction, which is predicted to be put into operation by the end of 2015.
Ma Li mentioned that Yinchuan had been focusing on the work of pioneering business to establish a complete business policy and service system. It is expected that the IBI Center can maintain its leading function and push forward the transformation and upgrade of the development area.
