A series of cultural exchange activities featuring the Silk Road were held to promote economic cooperation in the process of advancing Silk Road Economic Belt Construction.

The troupe of Moon Over Helan from Yinchuan went to Sudan and Egypt performing the dance opera for ten times. The “China-Arab States Silk Road Cultural Tour” started in 2013 and several provinces like Shaanxi and Gansu all participated in it and presented classical operas.

“The cultural blending, unity of ethnic groups and harmonious development incorporated in the Silk Road themed operas will promote economic cooperation vigorously,” said Yan Hongxin, the general manager of Yinchuan Art Troupe.
