Focusing on online trade, cloud computing, cloud services and big data, Ningxia shall initiate the construction of China-Arab States Online Silk Road, carry out strategic cooperation with Alibaba Group and JD Group and accelerate the cloud base construction.
Ningxia will also accelerate railway and highway construction, carry out the expansion projects of the Baotou-Lanzhou Railway, Taiyuan-Zhongwei (Yinchuan) Railway and the Wuhai-Macheng Expressway and try to get more national support on the newly planned projects.
