The Binhe Snow and Ice Festival is held at the Yellow River Hengcheng Tourism Resort in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region during the week-long Lunar New Year holiday. Tourists can experience skiing, skating and other ice activities at the spot and lanterns and ice sculptures are also attractive at night.
