The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region will enhance the scale of opening-up and make breakthroughs in implementing the policy, said Liu Hui, the chairperson of the Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, during a themed conference on July 8.

Except making full use of the China-Arab States Expo platform, Ningxia will also accelerate the construction of China-Arab States industrial, cultural, expo and friendship parks, and land, aerial and online Silk Road, she stressed. Ningxia will also strengthen investment attraction and encourage local enterprises to go global, Liu said.

In the next three to five years, Ningxia will accelerate westward opening-up and promote reform and innovation to actively participate in the construction of “One Belt and One Road” initiative, she said.
