The 2015 China-Arab States “One Belt One Road” Initiative Park Construction Seminar was held in Beijing on July 12. The vice-chairman of People’s Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Wang Heshan, officials from Oman, Tunis, Sudan, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia and nearly 500 representatives from 340 industrial parks and enterprises attended the meeting.
The “One Belt One Road” Initiative Park is expected to serve the industrial transfer between China and countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, including services like cross-border e-commerce, enterprise training and incubation, financial service and business exchanges.
According to the general plan, qualified enterprises from China, Jordon, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Sudan will jointly establish 10 overseas industrial demonstration parks and 20 domestic ones mainly focusing on petroleum equipment, auto and spare parts and accessories, building materials, photovoltaic industry, commerce and finance.
