A total of 350 visitors from Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, lined up to enter Zhongwei railway station, heading to their next destination on the Y201 “Shapotou” special train. This has been the 104th time of special train in operation since June of this year.

The peak tourist season of Zhongwei lasts from May to October each year. Shapotou, a tourism site in Ningxia, became more popular after a famous program “Where Are We Going, Dad?” photographed here. Moreover, special trains from various stations via Shapotou facilitate tourism in Zhongwei. The 104 times of trains have brought about 62,300 visitors in Zhongwen since May.
