The 8th cross-Straits (Xiamen) Cultural Industries Fair opens in Xiamen, Fujian on October 30. A Ningxia delegation consisting of 15 enterprises attended the fair.
Ningxia pavilion lies in the C building of Xiamen International Convention Centre. It is divided into several areas including intangible cultural heritage, specialty industry, and cultural tourism to display hundreds of products, including cashmere products, wine made at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain, GuYuan tinted paper-cut and etc., attracting thousands of audiences.
The signing ceremony between Ningxia and Fujian on cultural industry was also held on that day. Three companies from Ningxia have signed cooperation deals respectively with companies in other provinces, and the amount of contracts totaled over 54 million Yuan.
The fair has attracted 1696 cultural enterprises and organizations, including 737 Taiwan enterprises. The fair lasted for 4 days, and 4 exhibition areas are set including cultural creativity tourism, digital content and new media, works of arts and crafts and innovative design.
Ningxia will exchange experiences on cultural industry with other provinces especially Taiwan through this platform and widen the way for its cultural enterprises to go out.
