The Assembly of Ningxia Cloud and Big Data Cooperation Alliance kicked off at the Ningxia International Hall in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, on December 28. Held by China Telecom Ningxia Branch, the event is attended by delegates from related departments of the municipal government and from all relevant industries to promote the development of Ningxia Cloud and the big data industry.

China Telecom Ningxia Branch released the first SME development pilot cloud in Ningxia, which can provide technical support for the transformation of the enterprises in Ningxia for free. In the aspect of improving people's livelihood, China Telecom Ningxia Branch plans to unite with its partners to bring out cloud applications concerned with campus, desktop, video, community, hotel, antipoverty, hospital and so on, thus upgrading the equalization and informatization of public services.

China Telecom Ningxia Branch has signed the cooperation framework agreement on Ningxia Cloud and Big Data Alliance separately with 32 companies during the conference. The party committee and government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region regard the development of cloud computing industry as the significant move to realize economic transformation and upgrading and accelerate the development of cloud computing industry.
