The Yinchuan Municipal Government will invest 4.57 billion yuan in 23 key projects at Binhe New Area and 7 infrastructure construction projects this year.

The construction of Yellow River Bund Scenic Spot, extension of Changhe Avenue and other 21 projects at the Binhe New Area, the construction of Western Xia Museum and Western Xia Tombs Management Center and other 5 key civil projects will all be undertaken by Yinchuan Urban Construction Bureau.
