A China-Omen joint industrial park will be established at Duqm in Omen, according to a development agreement signed by Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Duqm Special Economic Zone in January this year.
Occupying an area of 1200 hectares, the industrial park will focus on petrochemical, natural gas processing, building materials, ocean development, photovoltaic industries and the first batch of projects featuring photovoltaic module, cement, building material, hotel and automobile will be launched soon there.
Centering on manufacturing, a modern city covering business, tourism, education, medical care, training and logistics will emerge according to the plan as the industrial keeps expanding.
