The Yinchuan Municipal Government will establish a special fund to support the development of e-commerce businesses, according to Yinchuan Municipal Bureau of Economic and Technological Cooperation and Foreign Affairs on May 9.

The municipal government will allocate 20 million yuan annually to support the development of e-commerce enterprises, platforms and industrial parks.

In addition, the government will simplify approval procedures for e-commerce enterprises and release preferential tax policies for small e-commerce start-ups.
