The Ningxia Private Enterprise Scientific and Technological Innovation Association was established in the city of Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, according to a plate unveiling ceremony on June 16.

A total of 142 enterprises have been selected as original members. According to official statistics released in 2015, there were 94,000 private enterprises in Ningxia, which realized an added value of 129.8 billion yuan, accounting for 47 percent of the total economic output.
