The city of Yinchuan has been approved as one of the nine pilot cities in conducting integration of science, technology and finance, according to a recently released official announcement on June 24. Yinchuan is the only approved city in northwestern China.

It is reported that the Yinchuan municipal government will allocate 200 million yuan annually to support the development innovative projects in enterprises and enhance their innovative capacities in the next five years.
