The city of Yinchuan attracted 271 projects in the first half of this year, with an actual capital inflow of 30.763 billion yuan, up by 4.96 percent year on year, according to Yinchuan Economic and Technological Cooperation and Foreign Affairs Bureau on July 19.

The city had made detailed project introduction plans centering on aviation, new energy and material, high-end equipment and manufacturing, bio-medicine, and cultural tourism industries. During the same period, a total of 16 large projects with the investment exceeding 1 billion yuan were implemented.
