The city of Lingwu in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region attracted 16 projects from January to July in this year, with a planned investment volume of 19.64 billion yuan.

Until now, the actual investment inflow has totaled 5.23 billion yuan.

The projects mainly cover desert agriculture and tourism, wind power, photovoltaic power and railway construction.
