Being part of the Ningxia Modern Textile Industrial Park, the Ningxia Garment Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Incubator started business in Helan County of Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, on September 26.

With a total construction area of 146,000 square meters, the incubator invested with 450 million yuan can offer workshops, offices and other facilities for the textile and garment processing enterprises. It started construction in February this year and until now two enterprises from Zhejiang and Ningxia have entered into the park.

It can incorporate 30 garment enterprises and realize an annual industrial added value of 2 billion yuan when the construction is fully completed. It is expected to create 4,000 new job opportunities.
