An investigation into the 2010 crash of an Ethiopian plane in Lebanon suggested that pilot error is to blame for the tragedy, according to an official report issued by Lebanese authorities on Tuesday.
The Lebanese daily An Nahar quoted the official report as saying that the pilot of Ethiopian Airlines' Boeing 737-800 plane "made 15 mistakes in three minutes."
Ethiopian Airlines officials on Tuesday rejected the Lebanese report, accusing the report of being incomplete and biased.
On Jan. 25, 2010, the Flight ET409 airliner heading for Ethiopia's capital Addis Ababa crashed several minutes after taking off from Lebanon's capital Beirut, leaving all 90 people on board dead, including 83 passengers and seven crew members.
