CPPCC Passes Charter Amendments, Ends Session
The Second Session of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference came to a close Friday, after members passed a package of 22 substantial changes to the body's charter. For the first time, a guiding theory has been incorporated into the charter.
