China will stick to its anti-terror policy despite a deadly attack which killed 11 Chinese workers in Afghanistan. The Chinese government strongly condemns the terrorist attack, and asks for a thorough investigation to bring those accountable to justice.

Measures to Help Save Energy
Beijing will temporarily cut off electricity to some users this summer in order to ensure a supply for those deemed most important. Beijing Building Fire Kills 9, Injures 39
Nine people were killed and 39 others were injured in a fire that broke out in Jingmin Mansion near the North Fourth Ring Road in Beijing around 4:00 pm Wednesday. By 5:00 pm the fire had been put out. Witnesses and local residents said the fire might have been caused by explosions in the building.
