Hollo, I'm Panina
Panina, coined from Panda and China, is the name of the cartoon giant panda used in Sichuan's latest overseas tourism promotional campaign. The name sounds like Pan Ni Lai, which means “looking forward to meet you in China” in Chinese, fully embodying China’s hospitality. The campaign, named “Beautiful China, more than pandas” and directed by the China National Tourism Administration, consists of a series of activities which will be officially launched in September and last through December.
