Sichuan to develop TCM health tourism

Sichuan Provincial Tourism Development Committee has signed a cooperation agreement with Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Bureau on developing TCM health tourism.
Under the agreement, the two sides will promote construction of infrastructure and supporting service facilities for TCM health tourism, build a number of industrial parks and demonstration bases and design a number of tour lines.
They will push for integrated development of the TCM industry and tourism.
At present, some places in Sichuan which abound in TCM resources have adopted the TCM Plus Tourism approach.
