Bird Flu Quarantine Lifted in Liaoning
The quarantine of H5N1 avian influenza-hit areas in Liaoning has now been lifted, the local government said Thursday, the same day police detained a pharmaceutical worker suspected of producing fake vaccines that had been used in poultry there.
